About Me

A Safe Space to Explore Your Inner World

I became passionate about counselling through my own healing journey and feel privileged to be able to provide this for others.  I have personally journeyed through areas of distorted body image and eating disorder, betrayal, broken relationships, emotional and sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, narcissistic relationships, generational trauma, divorce, legal abuse, step parenting and coparenting.

I have a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from The University of New England, a Bachelor of Theology, and a Graduate Diploma of Ministry from the Australian College of Theology

My work background is in pastoral Christian ministry, having been involved with youth ministry for many years, both in church-based and parachurch roles including school chaplaincy and lecturing within a Theological College.  I've also been a clergy wife and have been involved in a range of churches in a lay capacity throughout my adult life.

I'm a wife and mum of three primary-aged boys and four teenage step-children.  I love spending time with people, cooking for them, growing my own veggies, discovering great cafes, hitting the treadmill, listening to music, weekends away with my husband and enjoying beautiful views.
